Privacy Policy
Updated August 11, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Mollie Berliss Mediation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information gathered through our website. It applies only to information collected through this website and does not describe how information shared during a mediation is handled. Mediation communications are governed separately by Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 and the Tennessee Uniform Mediation Act, and are subject to confidentiality protections beyond this policy. Visiting this website or submitting your information through this website does not create a mediator-client relationship.
2. Information We Collect
The only personal information we collect through this website is your first name and email address, which you provide voluntarily when requesting a downloadable resource. We also use Calendly to allow visitors to schedule an appointment. Calendly requires your first name and email address, and includes two optional fields: your last name, and a question asking you to briefly describe what you are going through and any conflicts you are trying to resolve. Our website is hosted on Wix, which may automatically collect limited technical information common to most websites, such as browser type, device type, and general usage data, including cookies necessary for basic site functionality provided by Wix. We do not use this technical data to identify you personally, and we do not run additional analytics or advertising tracking on this site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your first name and email address to:
-
Deliver the resource you requested
-
Send occasional follow-up emails related to that resource or our mediation services, if you don’t unsubscribe
-
Schedule and prepare for a consultation appointment you book through Calendly
If you complete the optional description field when scheduling, we use that information solely to prepare for your consultation and do not use it for any other purpose. Because this field may include sensitive details about your situation, we treat it with the same care as other sensitive client information, even before a mediator-client relationship begins. If you go on to become a prospective or current mediation client, we may transfer your name and email address (and any information provided through Calendly, including your optional description) from our website into ADR Notable, our secure case management platform, so that your information is kept together with your case records under the same confidentiality and security protections described in our internal data security practices. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How We Protect Your Information
Your information is stored within our Wix website platform, which maintains its own security measures for data it hosts. Information submitted through Calendly is stored and protected under Calendly's own security measures until it is transferred into ADR Notable. If your information is transferred into ADR Notable as described above, it is then protected under ADR Notable's security safeguards, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, and secure hosting on Microsoft Azure, consistent with our internal data security practices. Access to all three platforms is protected with multi-factor authentication.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use Wix as our website hosting and form-collection platform, and Calendly to manage appointment scheduling. Wix and Calendly may process the information you submit as necessary to operate the website and manage your appointment, subject to their own respective privacy practices. If you become a prospective or current client, your information may also be processed within ADR Notable, our case management platform, as described in Section 3. We do not share your first name or email with any other third party.
6. Children’s Privacy
This website is not intended for or directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may:
